**Your new company**
The HSE Business Partner Digital Buildings and Industrial Automation exists to provide targeted support to business leaders in Field Services who have HSE accountabilities for managing risks, implementing systems, monitoring performance and achieving objectives.

**Your new role**
The HSE Business Partner will drive HSE consistency and excellence across all activities in Digital Buildings and Industrial Automation.

Key responsibilities:

- Working closely with the Digital Buildings and Industrial Automation leadership teams, lead the development of HSE.
- Management Plans which outline how the HSE Management System will be implemented in each business area.
- Establish effective governance forums and reporting to monitor the implementation of the HSE Management Plans for Digital Buildings and Industrial Automation.
- Provide support, coaching and advice to leaders and supervisors who are responsible for managing HSE requirements.
- Act as lead investigator for major incidents that occur in Digital Buildings and Industrial Automation.
- Oversee and monitor consultation and issue resolution.
- Support relevant Sales teams and Planners in the early stages of the sales process to identify HSE requirements.
- Participate in meetings of the Pacific Electrical Safety Board and assist the HSE Business Partner Field Services manage supporting processes.
- This role includes an expectation of travel within the Pacific Zone to influence and assure HSE culture and practices.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in HSE in a field services/industrial environment.
- Good understanding of electrical safety and other critical risks related to field services and/or industrial activities.
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills.
- Have a working knowledge of relevant HSE legislation and standards.
