**The Position**:
Are you ready to take on a thrilling new challenge in the heart of Australia's Northern Territory? Look no further because we have an exciting opportunity waiting for you We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Site Managers to join our dynamic ESS team in the Northern Territory.

As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day village operations and your expertise, leadership, and attention to detail are essential for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**The Person**:

- Previous experience managing a village/site with knowledge of both culinary and cleaning services.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Drive a positive team culture
- Experience with financial reporting and be commercial and contract focused
- Demonstrated background of delivering profitable business results
- Ability to drive stakeholder engagement and deliver superior service levels
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills whilst thinking on your feet
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety, a strong commitment to safety to ensure targets are safely achieved
- Sound Knowledge of HACCP
- Ability to adapt quickly to ongoing business needs
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
