**YOUR ROLE**

We have an opportunity for two Strategic Sourcing and Insights consultants to join our newly created Sourcing and Insights team, that sits within our high performing Talent Acquisition team.

You will have a passion for all things talent sourcing including Pooling, Skills Mapping, Market Mapping, Branding Campaigns, Market Research and Competitive Intelligence.

You will partner with key business stakeholders and the wider people team to advise, consult and drive future talent decisions. Your talent intelligence will have a direct impact in shaping the future of IAG.

These roles are permanent and can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne or Auckland

**ABOUT YOU
- Experience and a passion for talent sourcing working in and internal, agency or RPO environment.
- Proven proactive sourcing skills not limited to the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek PTS
- Experience researching and translating research into actionable business outcomes.
- Exceptional engagement and business partnering skills.
- Strong data and digital literacy with a passion for new & emerging technologies or platforms that will assist in sourcing talent.
- Experience of using a CRM, being a champion of its capabilities and opportunities
- A background in working across a diverse set of projects at the same time.
- Passion for uncovering niche skills in unique ways
- Comfortable with change and a passion for sourcing top talent
