We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the New Women and Babies Hospital Team in Perth In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing and stakeholder engagement to offer - across a variety of technical and non-technical roles on a construction project.
Perth Women and Babies Hospital
**Webuild** is delivering the design and construction of the **New Women and Babies Hospital** in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.

Your focus will include:
- Partner with hiring managers across multiple projects and disciplines to forecast and fulfil workforce needs
- Manage 360 recruitment for white-collar construction roles (engineering, project management, commercial, HSE, planning, etc.)
- Proactively source top talent
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future project requirements
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practice
What you will bring to the team:
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within construction or engineering
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills
- Familiarity with large-scale project delivery
- A proactive, results drive approach
