Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend is seeking a **Team** **Administration Assistant** to provide administration and office support in Sydney in a full-time capacity. You will work in a project environment with a friendly, professional, and supportive team.
**Job Description**:
- Provide administration and clerical support to our Directors and team members in the Sydney office to meet required time frames.
- Monthly invoicing.
- Formatting CVs, case studies and tender documents.
- Booking meetings and coordinating events.
- Coordination domestic and occasional international travel.
- Preparing Accounts Payable invoices.
- Maintaining WHS / EMS files & schedules
- Provide administrative support to our Cost Management team including:
- Coordinating meetings across the whole of the Cost Management team
- Assisting with delivering knowledge management outcomes
- Providing bid coordination
- Drafting and distributing meeting minutes
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Administration preferably in the construction, building, engineering or related sector.
- Microsoft Office experience preferable.
- Experience in formatting Word documents essential, using basic-intermediate formulas in Excel desirable, and basic PowerPoint skills.
- Understanding of accounts, invoicing.
- Willingness to perform a range of tasks from basic to complex.
- Adaptability to competing demands from various sources.
- Reliable and punctual.
