The School of Science at Edith Cowan University (ECU) offers undergraduate, postgraduate and research degrees in a wide range of disciplines. Academics in the School are involved in research and teaching relating to: Computing, Security, Cyber Security, Biological Science, Environmental Science, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, with a focus on the continued growth of the disciplines.
**The roles**:
The school is looking for 2 energetic and enthusiastic people to join its operations team. The roles will be primarily responsible for supporting, but not restricted to, the following:
- School Officer (Staff Support) - Full Time, Ongoing - supporting the School with contract and payroll administration, providing coordination and assistance to the School Executive, organising School and Discipline meetings and events and administrative support to School Committees.
School Officer (various) - Part Time 0.5 FTE, Fixed Term to 19 December - this role will provide support across staff, research, finance and teaching and learning in turn, covering other School Officer’s planned leave.
Demonstrated high level of administrative skills with attention to detail and ability to accurately maintain administrative systems and procedures.
Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise numerous tasks with mínimal supervision to meet deadlines and ensure targeted outcomes.
Interpersonal skills with the proven ability to develop good relationships and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence and Courage.

Benefits & Remuneration
These positions attract remuneration of $74, 435 to $79,279 pa pro rata plus 17% superannuation.
