Joining our growing NDIS Plan Management team, this is a full-time position for a dynamic person-centred person who is committed to making a difference. You will be the go-to team member for new and exiting clients, be a wizard in setting up and monitoring NDIS plan budgets and funds, and provide guidance in understanding NDIS plans and compliance with the NDIS as well as providing a high level of support to our Head of Plan Management.

So what does a typical day in the life of an NDIS Plan Manager look like? While we can guarantee no two days will be the same, this could be you
- Act as a deputy to the Head of Plan Management and provide high-level administration and operation support where required
- Manage client onboarding and exiting including setting up of client Service Agreements and NDIS Plan Budgets
- Liaise with NDIS Participants, Plan Nominees, Child Representatives and Support Coordinators to provide information on NDIS requirements and respond to queries
- Liaise with providers to ensure compliance with NDIS requirements and resolve any invoicing issues
- Ensure claiming and financial activities are completed accurately and on time
- Ensure quality record management and capturing of income and participant budgets within our system
- Exercise judgement and contribute critical knowledge and skills to develop and implement processes and procedures
- Provide a high level of service and advice to our clients and their providers
- Actively participate in business growth targets and ensure satisfaction among all providers and clients
- Ensure correspondence and documentation are managed efficiently and confidentially by all team members
- Ensure all NDIS reporting, and compliance requirements are met
- Daily receipt, data entry and processing of provider invoices and client reimbursement
- Assess provider invoices for NDIS compliance prior to data entry and processing
- Liaise with providers to resolve any invoice discrepancies

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Experience in financial budget managing and monitoring
- Experience in the use of CRM and financial software platforms
- Demonstrated advanced ability in using a variety of software and Microsoft Office and troubleshooting within computer software and systems
- Demonstrate experience in delivering quality outcomes through relationship management and high-volume interactions
- Understanding and commitment to person-centred support and services to people with disability
- Be an effective time manager of your work tasks and work to improve the services offered to clients and providers through the refining of communication and workflows
- Sophisticated telephone manner
- Excellent customer service and verbal and written communication
- Professional presentation
- Accurate and efficient data entry and processing skills
- Close attention to detail
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Valid Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Valid NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Satisfactory Victorian Police Check
- Right to work in Australia

**Extra desirable requirements would look like ** having a qualification in accounting or bookkeeping, experience in the disability or human services sectors and current knowledge of the NDIS, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and the NDIS Pricing arrangements and Price Limits.
