**About the Position**:
Reporting to the AP/AR Manager, your responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

- Timely and accurate entry of approved supplier invoices into the system
- Obtaining authorisation and coding of invoices
- Processing daily manual payments and weekly automated payment runs
- Allocating payments on system
- Monthly supplier reconciliations for key accounts
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Dealing with and responding to supplier queries, and maintaining supplier files.
- Liaise with both internal and external departments in the business

To excel in this role, you will have:

- Prior experience in accounts (desirable)
- An ability to process a high volume of invoices
- An engaging and effective communication style
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Availability on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays.
