Our Federal Government client is seeking an
**Executive Officer** that is highly motivated, organised with excellent time management skills.
**About the role**:
- Develop action plans that address learning and development opportunities and staff wellbeing
- Collaborate with general managers and the management team to deliver communications materials and key correspondence
- Maintain and review branch governance and compliance activities
- Provide secretariat support in a varied and dynamic work environment
- Maintain and update administrative practices, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Coordinate recruitment processes and procurement tasks
**Ideally you will have**:
- Ability to manage competing priorities and provide high levels of support
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to build and sustain positive working relationships
- Ability to demonstrate policy, program, or stakeholder engagement skills or experience in a similar role
