**About the Role**:
NHP has an exciting opportunity for a **CREATIVE DESIGN LEAD** to join our Marketing team in Richmond and make an impact on our brand

Reporting to the Commercial Marketing Manager, your role will be to lead and implement the full suite of graphic design work to support the NHP corporate marketing team and all parts of the NHP business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Use your creativity to find ways to make NHP stand out from the crowd and position the brand as an industry leader
- Develop concepts, design and deliver finished art for all marketing channels
- Manage projects and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and enhance the NHP brand that showcases the company’s values and point of difference
- Art direction work across multi-platform assets
- Ensure design materials meet brand guidelines
- Develop and create templates for design assets
- Contribute to the generation of ideas and concepts for all Marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Contribute to and maintain the NHP Brand Guidelines

**Ideally you will have / be**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ design experience in corporate marketing
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of brand management, creative design and the digital landscape
- Proven experience in digital design and understanding of the technical requirements associated with delivery of digital marketing communications
- Keen eye for design aesthetics and strong attention to detail
- Have a strong grasp of emerging trends in design, brand and communications & awareness of digital market trends and capabilities of digital advertising
- Capabilities in animation & video editing
- Proven experience in Adobe Creative Cloud & Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) / Digital Asset Management (DAM)
- Systems knowledge in InDesign Server (nice to have)
