**THE ORGANISATION**
Our client is a global leader in integrated facility management services which partner with various diverse clients to provide innovative solutions. They are an organisation who immerse themselves in change which is reflected in their initiatives and goals. This opportunity can be based in Melbourne or Sydney.

**THE ROLE**
The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing guidance and support to a their dedicated business unit across the employee life cycle:

- Advise and provide strong HR advice to key stakeholders
- Influence and drive a collaborative and diverse culture
- Lead and support the improvement on current processes and procedures
- Assist in counselling, grievance and dispute resolution
- Establish and create relationships with key stakeholders, colleagues and clients

**THE CRITERIA**
To be successful in this role you must have proven HR Generalist experience with the ability to perform at a business partner level. You must have sound HR knowledge with the confidence to lead and advise stakeholders. You must possess excellent communication skills, be proactive and highly motivated.
