Entry level rates from $34.94 per hour.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Who are we looking for?**
- Looking for support workers to commit to regular and consistent shift schedules.
- Support individuals with intellectual, mental health and/or physical disabilities.
- Must be creative and resourceful to assist participants and clients to achieve their goals.
- Passionate, empathetic & committed to provide the best care to each individual
- Delivering high quality person centered support
- Daily living assistance in the home and community
- Support physical health and emotional well-being
- Assisting individuals to and from community-based activities and appointments.
- Complete all relevant documentation and reporting as required

**Requirements**:
**The 'must haves' for this position include**:

- 18 years of age or older
- Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Driver’s license (min P2) with comprehensive insurance
- COVID vaccination (min 2)
- National Police Check less than 3 years
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening check and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate or willing to obtain upon employment
- Smartphone (iOS or Android)
