**About the Role**

Due to continued growth, we're seeking an additional full-time salesperson to join our high performing in-store team.

Reporting to our Store Manager, you will contribute to the overall running of our store, including:

- Performing water analysis using state-of-the-art testing equipment
- Advising customers on pool chemistry and prescribing chemicals required to correct water balance
- Assisting customers with purchases of pool and spa chemicals, equipment and parts
- Achieving sales through a commitment to customer satisfaction

You will be required to build strong relationships with our customers and provide them with trusted advice and solutions on maintaining their pool and spa.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- A positive attitude and a passion for retail sales within a team environment
- Physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting is involved (up to 20kg)

Some knowledge of pool and spa maintenance is desirable, but not essential as full on-the-job training is provided.

As we are open 7 days, availability to work weekends is essential.

Located in the Jindalee Home Centre, this role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving local business that is dedicated to putting people first.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
