This is a rare opportunity to join a successful and established Australian enterprise which offers an innovative portfolio of technology services to a broad range of clients throughout Australia and overseas. The business supports a highly experienced management team and a friendly and supportive workplace culture.
This highly engaging role will work with an experienced CFO and is primarily responsible for supporting a range of day-to-day financial administration and office management duties including:
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Invoicing/Billing;
- Bank reconciliations and reports;
- Posting journals and processing accruals
- Expense processing and reconciliations;
- Assisting with HR Documentation, Compliance & Payroll administration; and
- Supporting senior Executives with the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
This role offers a mix of day-to-day accounting and office administration duties and is an ideal post for an experienced Finance Officer/Office Manager/Bookkeeper who is seeking a varied role in a small, collegial and entrepreneurial enterprise. Prior experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable and general reconciliations is essential, as is a willingness to take a flexible approach to a range of accounting tasks and general office administration duties. Prior exposure to a multicurrency payments environment and experience working with XERO is highly desirable.
