We have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Home and Garden Ganger. Reporting to Team Leader. This role will Carry out range of task to assist clients in and around their homes.

**As a **_Home & Garden Ganger _**, you will**:

- Positively lead and guide a small team to deliver effective and efficient services to clients
- Manage, support and develop staff by assessing and reviewing performance
- Operate various items of plants including handheld and hand operated machinery
- Communicate to clients to ensure work is completed to their satisfaction.
- Liaise with the office team regarding client request and changing client needs.
- Lawn mowing, garden maintenance and removal of garden waste.
- Replacing smoke alarm batteries.
- Minor household repairs with relevant funding guidelines.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- The right to work in Australia.
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001.)
- Current Class 1A Drivers Licence
- White Card
