**Suncare Home and Garden Maintenance Worker - what's involved in the role?**
We are currently seeking Part-Time Home and Garden Maintenance Workers to actively support the individual needs of our aged customers who are living at home, either independently or with family. The position is a minimum of 60 hours per fortnight and the hours of work are typically rostered between 7am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. There is flexibility to suit your availability.
You will travel to our customers homes located in the Sunshine Coast region to deliver general home and garden maintenance services. If successful you will be aligned with customers located in the suburbs where you reside, specifically we are looking for Home & Garden Workers to be located in and around the following areas:

- South Sunshine Coast | Caloundra, Landsborough & surrounds
- Central Sunshine Coast | Palmwoods, Montville & surrounds
- North Sunshine Coast | Noosa, Cooroy & surrounds.

Willingness to travel across locations may also be required.
**Key responsibilities**:
Some of your duties include but are not limited to: lawn mowing and hedge trimming, minor home repairs, water blasting, cleaning of gutters, changing light globes, cleaning air conditioning filters, cleaning windows and other duties and assistance in and around the house and garden.
You will be required to use your own suitable vehicle (UTE or car & trailer) to travel to customers homes and transport equipment in. You will be provided with Suncare maintenance equipment to complete these tasks and will be required to have an enclosed or lockable vehicle for safe storage of the equipment if needed.
**About you**:
We want our customers to have a great experience with our people, and our people need to have a great attitude, be friendly, willing to learn new things, and most importantly listen and understand what the customer wants.
You are required to be physically fit, hold an open Queensland Driver's licence and hold a First Aid and CPR certificate. We require flexibility to attend shifts with mínimal notice and you will have the ability to work with mínimal supervision.
