**Responsibilities**:

- Analysing and researching client credit requirements and making the files ready for submission
- Accurately manage and execute all loan submissions (lodgement through to post settlement)
- Actively managing the client relationships through regular updates and support throughout the home loan process
- Ensuring all documentation has been collated and signed
- Ensuring all deals are prepared for settlement

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage broking (completed or underway) or A diploma in Financial Services - desirable
- 2 years experience in the mortgage broking industry or 2 years of branch lending experience
- Demonstrated mortgage broker industry experience (residential and investment lending)
- Strong work ethic and the ability to self-manage
- A high attention to detail
