**Join the team**

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Public Relations, Social Media and Events Manager to join our industry leading marketing team on a
**9 month fixed term basis **to cover long service leave.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best marketing professionals in the business and play a critical role in shaping and optimising our much loved and highly engaged social community.

In this role you will work collaboratively with the marketing leadership team and other key stakeholders to create and execute PR initiatives and events as well as support growth in our social media channels.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Execution of approved PR and event strategies- PR advice and local store support- Support the team in bringing new ideas to life to engage our social communities- Management of PR database and relationships with media- External agency management- Deliver timely and actionable post implementation reviews for campaigns

**To be successful in this team you will have**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related Business discipline- Marketing experience in a fast-paced environment -
- Passionate about customers and the Kmart brand- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills- Adept at working cross functionally and engaging stakeholders
