We are currently seeking a motivated **Marketing and Graphics Coordinator**to join our team on a **full-time basis**at our **head office, located in Mulgrave.**In this role, you will be providing hands on planning and execution of Marketing campaigns, assisting with finished art and production of commercial graphics for all marketing initiatives, and assist in various marketing initiatives for all brands. You will also assist in providing support to the team to ensure the marketing strategy is implemented proficiently and in a timely manner.

**Typical Duties Include**:
As a Marketing and Graphics Coordinator, your key responsibilities are:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and implement marketing projects across a variety of channels including events, activations, photoshoots, social, digital, print, and sales activation.
- Marketing briefing - Delivering post campaign analysis in consultation with the brand team, by compiling detailed briefs and communicate with internal and external stake holders through to post campaign analysis.
- Give support to the in-house design team in assisting with finished art and creation of graphic work, which includes print, campaign creative, in-store pos, website imagery and ads.
- Assist with asset creation coordination and deployment, usage rights documentation, contracts and 3rd party imagery requests.
- Social media marketing - working closely with the social media team on branded content - including influencer outreach, negotiations and managing media requests.
- Assist in developing and delivering internal/external PR campaigns, optimizing branded collaborations.
- Work with the brand and Ecomm teams in assisting with building the marketing calendar of events in Australia and New Zealand
- Coordinate and implement events (activations, promotions, etc.) - across key areas; Branded / Ecomm / Social / 3rd Party
- Coordinate and foster B2B Partnerships through liaising with external stake holders to elevate the brand and achieve sales
- Assist and work with the Product and Marketing Manager on any special projects that may be required to ensure our business objectives and marketing objectives can be achieved.

**About You**:

- Relevant experience in a similar Marketing Coordination Role (2 years)
- Tertiary qualification in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Design or related field.
- Having the ability to collaborate with relevant brand teams to ensure a focus on output and quality results
- Design skill is mandatory (InDesign and Photoshop)
- Team Player with Can-Do Attitude
- Developed Interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude.
