Performance Test Lead - (Loadrunner, Jmeter, Any PT Monitoring Tool (AppDynamics, Splunk, DynaTrace etc))

8 to 10 Yrs Yr of Performance Testing Experience
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Understanding of business / functional processes within an Industry vertical / sub vertical to translate business requirements to system requirements & perform impact analysis
2. Expertise in the area of performance testing using Gatling tool is preferred.
3. Broad working knowledge of multiple tools (eg. Gatling, Load Runner, Jmeter, AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace etc) and in-depth expertise in multiple tool to meet given requirements
4. **Hands on experience in PT Scripting, Execution, Reporting is a MUST.**
5. Knowledge of STLC, industry quality / productivity benchmarks, multiple estimation methods to ensure right goals and continuous improvement
6. Knowledge of implementation architecture, non-functional attributes, strategy & design principles to develop test strategy for medium / large projects
7. Expertise to create & review test plans; Expertise in planning & setting up complex test data; Expertise to create and review test scripts
8. Expert knowledge of test execution processes to analyze & report results and give go / no-go decisions & improvement recommendations
9. Good understanding of SDLC, Awareness of latest technologies and trends, Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
