**About the Program - HART 4000**
HART 4000 is Brisbane's central access point for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Operating since 2005 and funded by the Department of Housing & Public Works, the program is grounded in a Housing First approach, offering trauma-informed, person-centred care that leads to lasting housing outcomes.

**The Role**
We are seeking a passionate and highly experienced **Manager**to lead the HART 4000 team. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will:

- Provide strategic direction and operational oversight
- Lead a skilled team of professionals in delivering complex homelessness services
- Oversee program compliance, risk, reporting and quality improvement
- Represent HART 4000 in strategic forums and sector collaborations

**What you'll need**
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or similar
- Extensive experience in the housing & homelessness or community services sector
- demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and programs
- Knowledge of Queensland's housing & homelessness systems and policies

**Skills & Attributes**
- Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and systems advocacy
- Experience with program planning, evaluation and compliance
- Commitment to social justice, equity and cultural safety
- Tech-savvy with data systems and MS Office

**Additional Requirements**
- Current Open driver's Licence
- Working with children Check (Blue Card)
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
