**Key Responsibilities**:
**Online Customer Support**:Engage with customers in real-time through live chat.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
**Problem Resolution**:Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
**Communication Skills**:Demonstrate excellent written communication skills.
Maintain a positive and friendly tone in all interactions.
**Product Knowledge**:Stay updated on product features, promotions, and updates.
Effectively communicate product information to customers.
**Documentation**:Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Provide feedback to improve internal processes and customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using live chat software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $25.25 - $34.29 per hour
