**Role Overview**
Capability Care Team is growing, and we are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an administrator and lead support for our team leaders/reception. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration tasks while also serving as the primary point of contact for participant and support worker inquiries. Additionally, you will contribute to reception tasks to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all.
This hands-on position is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, possesses strong organisational skills, and can thrive under pressure while maintaining positive and clear communication.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day administration tasks with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for participant and support worker inquiries.
- Contribute to reception duties to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Priorities and manage a diverse range of tasks under pressure.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering positive working relationships.
- Work closely with senior management to support overall organisational goals.
- Provide insightful reporting by data to highlight progress, trends, and potential risks.
**Qualifications**:
- Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- Vehicle Registration
- Comprehensive Insurance
- Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Certificate III in Administration or Business is desired but not a requirement.
**Skills**
- Demonstrated experience working in the NDIS space and having direct contact with stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to think on your feet, navigate challenging discussions, and inspire confidence.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain collaborative working relationships.
- Proficiency in delivering insightful reports based on data analysis.
- Brevity software experience

**Job Type**: Casual
**Salary**: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
