We are currently looking for dedicated and committed Personal Care Workers to work with **aged care facilities in Gold Coast**

As a Personal Care Worker (PCW), you will make a positive impact on the lives of the Participants with your compassionate and supportive approach by:

- Creating a welcoming, professional, and supportive care experience
- Providing personal care assistance with daily living
- Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
- Building relationships with our residents and visitors
- Displaying exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Maintaining accurate health care documentation as required
- A team player who enjoys having FUN at work

- **We offer a rate above awards** with pay levels ranging from **$36.83 to $88.39 per hour**excluding superannuation that will be added later on

- *Starting pay level will depend on length of aged care experience_

**What we need from you**:

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Police Check
- COVID-19 vaccinations (must be at least 2 shots)
- Current Flu Shot
- Preferably with prior work experience at aged care facilities
- **Available for at least 3 shifts per week (AM, PM, and NS shifts)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $36.83 - $88.39 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (required)
- Police Check (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
