Personal Care workers with certificate 3 required for 24/7 shifts.

We are seeking energetic and passionate Personal Care Assistants to cover shifts available. In this role you will having a direct positive impact on the consumers that we support.

**To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate**:

- Experience in a similar setting in aged care will be highly regarded
- Experience in reading care plans and delivering personal care services to allocated consumers as per their individual plan whilst respecting and supporting the consumer’s quest for independence
- Experience in working with people with complex care needs (for example, dementia)
- An ability to work as a team player with strong communication skills
- Compassionate, dedicated, and caring nature with the ability to build strong rapport with our consumers.
- Ability to report and document nursing care procedures
- Competent in documentation (for example, progress notes)
- An ability to work as a team player with strong communication skills
