Due to commence in September, Princess Cruises will be on the lookout for customer-centric travel professionals, to fill the various Full time and Part time Cruise Consultant position.
Training will be conducted online (training will be full time hours, 5 days per week for 4 weeks), and the role can be performed either from our Chatswood office, or in the comfort of your own home (providing you have a suitable workspace and strong internet connection).
As a Princess Cruise Consultant, you are the voice of Princess Cruises, taking inbound calls and web chat enquiries regarding cruise holidays. You will be responsible for driving cruise sales, encouraging customer loyalty, and delivering exceptional customer service.
We'd love to hear from people with;
- Experience within a customer service position, either face to face or phone based
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong PC literacy with accurate and fast typing skills to handle multiple web chat enquiries at once
- Self-motivation and a strong team orientation
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible to work to Eastern Standard times (if interstate), evening and weekends as required
- All applicants need to have the flexibility to be rostered to work between 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 4pm Saturday (Saturdays are on a rotational roster - if required to work on a Saturday shift, you will receive a day off during the week).
