As a Compliance Coordinator you will be responsible for confirming that aircrew have satisfactorily completed all necessary training courses and proficiency checks as specified in the company operations manual(s) and pertinent legislation.

You’ll have
- Proven experience partnering with the business ensuring operational requirements are met
- Detailed knowledge of Aircrew Awards and relevant CASA regulations
- The ability to manage tight deadlines across conflicting priorities
- Demonstrated influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- A willingness to challenge existing work practices and deliver continuous improvements to the business
- Proven problem solving and decision-making skills
