**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with users to identify and document business requirements, ensuring that system and business needs are clearly understood and recorded.
- Analyse and evaluate existing business processes, procedures, and work practices, identifying areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
- Identify and assess inefficiencies in systems and operations, and recommend enhancements in business practices, system functionality, and overall system behaviour.
- Deploy functional solutions, including the development and execution of system test plans, to ensure that software and systems meet quality and integrity standards.
- Prepare user manuals and training materials, and conduct formal training sessions to ensure effective user adoption and understanding of systems.
- Develop functional specifications and requirements documents to guide the work of software developers and technical teams.
- Use data and process modelling tools and techniques to develop clear and comprehensive system specifications for software design and development.
- Serve as a central point of contact for system-related information, providing guidance and support during system development, deployment, and decision-making processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a systems analysis or IT business process role.
- Strong knowledge of business systems, process mapping, and data integration.
- Experience in gathering requirements, documentation, and end-user support.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting or inventory software is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
