**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

**JEANSWEST** is looking for a **Store Manager** to lead our team of 5+ team members at our **Waurn Ponds** store.

This role is a full-time role on a rotating fortnightly roster to help support a healthy work/life balance - **Only work every second Saturday**

**Our Store Managers -**
- Connect with their store team to develop, coach and mentor
- Contribute to the overall commerciality of the business by leading the team to achieve all KPIs and financial targets
- Executing visual merchandising standards
- Driving an outstanding customer experience while overseeing the team to convert traffic into customers.
- Increase brand awareness and build brand loyalty with their customers.

**We would love to hear from you if you have -**
- Strong communication skills
- A collaborative leadership style to develop meaningful relationships across the brand
- A commercial and customer centric mind set
- A positive attitude and take pride in your personal style & presentation
- Experience in a leadership role is preferred but not essential
