**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a CHPP Operator/ Maintainer to join us on a permanent full-time basis as we embark on a significant restart project for one of our clients. In this role as CHPP Operator Maintainer you'll play a vital part in ensuring safety and production targets are met while upholding quality standards by maintaining and operate mining equipment. This opportunity is based at Wilkie Creek, Kogan QLD and available on a residential or a DIDO basis only. A permanent role will be offered along with attractive rates.

**Details of the role**
- Operate and performing maintenance on mining equipments within CHPP plant
- Conducting pre-start checks
- Fault-finding and diagnostics on CHPP equipments
- Performing planned maintenance including breakdown repairs as directed
- Reporting any faulty equipment, incidents and or hazards Permanent long-term employment opportunity
- Ongoing training & development with real career progression
- Above average base pay rates
- Monday - Friday roster
- Immediate start available

**Qualifications and Requirement**
- Trade qualifications or equivalent
- 2 years' experience working in a similar role within coal mining
- Relevant exposure to operating and maintaining CHPP
- Current Standard 11 certification
- Current Coal Board Medical
- Valid Driver's License
- Full Australian working rights
