Sapien Technology is a small market leading, Australian owned and established business that provides technology-based information and data solutions, specifically designed for use across the livestock supply chain. They work with family farms through to retailers and corporates, providing solutions that cover live exporters, feedlots, pastoralists and stud breeders. Their aim is to provide practical solutions that enable easy digital data transfer throughout the livestock supply chain.

**The Role**

As a growing company, there is a need for this newly created role to take responsibility for the day to day administration of the business and office.

Reporting to the Managing Director, and providing them with EA support, this role will be responsible for:

- MD diary and inbox management
- Planning and organising the MD’s time
- Domestic travel coordination
- Day to day office management and coordination
- Preparing presentations
- Systems set up and maintenance
- Answering calls and updating the internal database
- Overseeing OH&S processes and procedures
- Coordinating staff training

**About You**

You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and contribute to system and process improvement. You will be super organised, self motivated and able to think on your feet. You will use your time well to create efficiencies and have good attention to detail. You will also bring energy to your role and the work environment.

You will also be able to demonstrate your expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly, Excel & PowerPoint. Agriculture experience is great, but certainly not essential.
