- Use your communication skills, both written and oral to provide service to our Customers
- Assist in providing new and existing customers account on-boarding, account services, like billing inquiries, any disputes, service or data/data-base requests
What experience you need
- Customer service experience
- Working within deadlines and with mínimal supervision to problem solve
- Eye for detail, excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Experience working under time pressure

- Previous experience in customer service call centre environment
