**Shape the Future of Spanian’s Kebabs**

We’re looking for a **creative powerhouse** with the technical skills to match. From **designing stunning fit-outs for new stores** to **refreshing and reimagining existing spaces**, you’ll bring our brand to life through smart, stylish, and functional design.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Create **store layouts, floor plans, and 3D visualisations** that capture our brand essence
- Produce **full design documentation** and detailed material selections
- Ensure designs meet **brand, compliance, and functionality standards**:

- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and local councils
- Visit sites to **inspect fit-out progress** and resolve on-the-spot design issues
- Ensure compliance with **building codes** and **Australian Standards**

**What You Bring**
- Degree in Interior Design (or equivalent) highly regarded but not essential
- Proven experience delivering **commercial interior projects** from concept to completion
- Strong creative flair with the ability to follow a brief and clearly present your design
- Comfortable working both **independently** and as part of a team
- Knowledge of **National / State building codes & Australian Standards**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) plus relevant design software

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
