**About the position**:
**Due to an internal movement, we have an exciting opportunity for a Duty Manager to join our GSAC team. This is a permanent part-time role, working 30 hours per week and will be primarily based at Goonellabah Sports and Aquatic Centre (GSAC) in Goonellabah. This position plays a vital role in directly supporting the Operations Manager through the provision of leadership and direction in all operational and customer service related activities within the centre.**
**Specialised duties for this position include managing enquiries and delivery of conferences, meetings, facility bookings and sport programs throughout the centre. Maintaining and creating new relationships with key stakeholders and ongoing space hirers.**

**What we trust you to deliver**:
- **Provide excellent customer service and reception duties to GSAC customers.**:

- **Supervise staff in the absence of the Operations Manager.**:
- **Delivery of conferences, meetings, facility bookings and sport programs throughout the centre.**:
- **Assist with risk management and WHS compliance ensuring public safety.**
