**About the position**:
**We are seeking a dedicated customer-focused Receptionist to join our GSAC team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting Duty Managers with customer inquiries, membership administration, and swim school queries. Your role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-of-house experience across our service areas. Permanent part-time and casual positions are available with hours ranging from 12 hours per week, providing the flexibility to balance work with your other commitments.**

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- **First Aid Certificate (can be attained as part of training).**:

- **NSW Working with Children Check.**:

- **Strong customer service experience.**:

- **Proven time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.**:

- **Demonstrated computer literacy, including proficiency in word processing.**
