**About you -**
- Experienced in delivering and coordinating training programs in a highly regulated setting.
- Experience working in environments with extensive policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of synthesizing large amounts of information and conveying essential principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering training.
- Displays excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for project execution.
- Capable of working independently or collaboratively, as needed.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training/related discipline (advantageous, however not mandatory).
- Experience working with contact centres or within the travel industry.
