**NETWORK CONSTRUCTION SERVICES are seeking an EXPERIENCED skilled Remedial Carpenter or EXPERIENCED Remedial Worker with experience in multi-trades to join our growing REMEDIAL construction team.**

**Our core business is Remedial Building works with Strata, Building Owners and Engineers/ Consultants being our primary clients.**

**Our work area is Greater Sydney and Central Coast**

- **We are seeking an experienced skilled carpenter or skilled and experienced Remedial worker with experience in multi-trades who are wishing to engage in long term employment.**:

- **Must be able to work with team members or work alone on the remedial site & be able to follow the supplied scope of works. The work will include for the following**:

- **Waterproofing**:

- **Demolition**:

- **Carpentry & General Building Work**:

- **Cladding Removal and Replacement**:

- **Concrete repairs**:

- **Render**:

- **Window /door replacements**:

- **Magnesite removal**:

- **Lintel & flashings replacement**:

- **Brick Cavity Remediation**

**Must Have**:

- **Car**:

- **Drivers License**:

- **Hand Tools**:

- **WHS White Card**

**Job Tasks Include**:

- **General Labour**:

- **Carpentry & General Building Work**

Demolition
- **Deliveries and Material Handling**:

- **Power and Hand Tool Use**:

- **Competent in day to day construction site tasks**

**Minimum 5 years experience required in similar role.**

**Can be contract or full time position**

**Working at heights certificate would be a asset**

**Police report**

**We do not expect applicants to have hands on experience on all the above, but a good understanding is expected.**

**This is a HANDS ON position**.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
