As Customer Service Officer, You will:

- Proactively and promptly update customers of any delays in deliveries
- Look after customer accounts and update transaction status. Process customer credits on time.
- Generate and analyse backlog orders and participate in review meetings to provide feedback on risks to meet shipment commitments
- Coordinate with offshore Finance team to pay supplier invoices on time
- Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics, and collecting and analysing customer feedback
- Undertake regular product training to enable technical advice to be given to customers and product recommendations to be made based on customer needs
- Petty cash maintenance & office supply ordering, and other ad hoc work

**Required education, experience and skills**:

- Min Three (3) years experience in customer service, sales, or marketing function
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Application - MS Outlook and Excel
- Business systems and tools (e.g., Oracle, JDE, ERP System, SharePoint, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
- Extremely driven, motivated, and enthusiastic
- Able to take ownership and be accountable for actions
- Good time management and ability to prioritise
- General understanding of the quote-to-cash processes
- Must have current authorisation to work in Australia
