1x Permanent Full Time - 35 hours, 5 days per week across a 7 day bandwidth.

Option for appointments as job share (3 days & 2 days per week) is possible.

**Salary**: $61,914.64 to $67,611.92 + 11.5% super

Closes: 3rd June 2025

We are looking for a library assistant to deliver best practice library services across our network of libraries. This position is currently based at Casula Library but work across libraries and locations are rotated over time. Evening and weekend shifts are a requirement of the role.

The library’s helpful and friendly staff are highly valued by the community and receive the highest ratings in community survey’s.

As a library assistant your responsibilities will include:

- Providing direct customer support to people using library services
- Using a wide range of technology and library equipment, including providing assistance with public access technology and online services
- Delivering and supporting library programs including early literacy, tech help and holiday programs.

Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience and competencies of the successful applicant.
