Consultant (Solution Development)

The opportunity
- Due to an increased workload, we are looking for a new Consultant in Solution Development, as part of our newly formed Digital Engineering team, which is central to Aurecon’s strategic focus and poised for significant growth.
- You will work with a highly motivated team to enhance our digital and data delivery capabilities. As a trusted partner to a diverse range of international clients, you will develop a deep understanding of their challenges and co-create innovative solutions that shape the future. You will drive value, align assets with strategy, and proactively respond to disruptive change.

Some Key Responsibilities:
- Apply, configure and maintain Aurecon, Client and Project standards within the engineering systems design tools.-
- General project support of Engineering Systems, assisting with:- Project set up / mobilisation-
- System configuration-
- User support-
- Assist in the deployment of design tool standards to projects.-
- Comply with Aurecon Information Standards and client handover requirements.-
- Assist with the project systems documentation.-
- Creating and maintaining knowledge Articles and QRG’s for common support items.-

What are we looking for from you?
- If you have a natural interest in engineering design and want to take your career to the next (digital) level, then this role may be for you.

You are a few years into your engineering career and wondering what to do next. You will be familiar with design tools, coordination, modelling, and may have written code in your spare time.

Alongside your industry experience in a similar engineering consulting environment, or equivalent roles, you’ll also have:
- Experience in Computer Aided Design software and/or Database systems.Autodesk AutoCAD-
- Preferred experience with document management systems including.-
- Bentley ProjectWise-
- AutoDesk Vault-
- Problem solving and analytical skills.Experience with IT Enterprise systems support is desired.-
- Understanding of software development tools GitLab/JIRA.-
- Understanding of quality / document control and management (e.g. ISO19650).Understanding of engineering design practices and project lifecycle.-
- Demonstrate the ability to actively participate within a team.-
