An exciting opportunity is now available for a Customer Solutions Consultant to join the Downer Defence Contract located at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera.

In return you will work in an engaging & supportive work environment which has flexible working arrangements, with the following positions available:
**Position 1**will be a full time Monday - Friday working a 6am - 6pm roster, this is a hybrid model 1 week in the office, 1-week WFH.

**What you’ll do**

As a key member of our team, you will be primarily responsible for
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Raise & dispatch service requests on our Defence contract
- Provide accurate and detailed data into Work Management System
- Manage competing priorities
- Contribute to the success of our business

**You will have**
- Customer service or contact centre experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to navigate through systems and follow process
- Australian Citizen to work on Defence site

**_Above all, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and desire to provide high quality outcomes for our customers. _**

You will be available to work on rotating roster from 6am -10pm (Monday - Sunday).
