**Administrator**

We are seeking an **Administrator** to join our Equipment Rebuild Workshop team in Hazelmere This is an integral role that will see you support the function and contribute to the team’s overall success.

**About the Role**

The prime focus of this role is to ensure any day-to-day administration support for the Equipment Rebuild workshop. This role reports directly to the **Equipment Workshop Manager** of Mining Services at BTP.

**About The Role**
- 2 years’ experience within Administration preferred.
- Pronto or other ERP operational experience
- Understanding of payroll processes and concepts and processing timesheets and timecards
- Experience in completing purchase requests and job packs
- Completion of internal and external work requests
- Data entry, archiving and scanning
- Assisting with site onboarding including flights/accommodation for Field Service
- Data entry and document control in company systems
- Maintenance and accuracy of the capacity calender
- Ability to problem solve, assist, guide and improve process.
- Understanding of statutory requirements, plus confidentiality as per company policy.
- Communicates professionally and effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external).
- Proactive, highly motivated with a collaborative team-orientated mindset.
- Effective time management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Excel & Advanced Word skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise with excellent time management skills.
