A great opportunity for an up-and-coming marketer to develop and grow

BTP is looking for a **Marketing Advisor **based out of our Head office in Hazelmere with flexible working options.

Reporting directly to the BTP General Manager and supported with mentoring by senior marketing professionals in the Perenti Corporate team, this role suits a versatile B2B marketer who is keen to work in a close-knit team.

This Marketing Advisor role will develop and implement marketing programs in support of Perenti’s Mining Services Division, and in particular:

- Growing brand awareness, familiarity and consideration of the BTP brand.
- Delivery of marketing campaigns that underpin key business objectives and annual business plans.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and execute marketing strategy and plans aligned with core business plans and objectives.
- Partner with the BTP Sales and Management teams, ensuring strong engagement and alignment of priorities.
- Work in partnership with the Perenti Corporate Brand Marketing and Communications team to deliver successful advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Sourcing information for and writing effective marketing briefs.
- Lead the production and delivery of branded content, marketing collateral and communications.
- Deliver digital collateral (e.g.: web landing pages, website content, social media activity) in accordance with the Group Standards.
- Effective budget planning, management and reporting.
- Development and measurement of campaign KPIs, post-campaign analysis, reporting and continuous improvement to drive increased performance.
- Developing customer insights, value propositions and targeted communication strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing collateral.

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualification - Business or Marketing
- 5+ years relevant work experience in similar B2B marketing or product management role.
- Must have digital, social media and content marketing experience
- Must have experience in writing effective briefs for the delivery of creative, photography and branded content.
- Preferred: High level of B2B marketing competence in developing and implementing marketing initiatives, campaigns and customer value propositions
- Preferred: Demonstrated marketing innovation and creativity.
- Familiarity with digital tools, basic design and media skills viewed favourably.
- Knowledge of or interest in mining equipment, mechanical fitting and heavy mechanical equipment viewed favourably.
- Understanding of marketing philosophies and practices.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of professional services and a multi stakeholder environment.
