OVERVIEW
As the Fleet Compliance Officer, your primary focus is to ensure the seamless integration and compliance of drivers and vehicles within the Black & White Cabs fleet. This encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities from driver onboarding, fleet and equipment management to rigorous vehicle inspections.
Your role is instrumental in upholding the company's standards for safety, regulatory adherence, and customer satisfaction.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, and familiarity with MTI Dispatch System and Cabcharge equipment.
- Exceptional customer service, negotiation, sales, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organisational skills and problem-solving ability.
- Previous experience in the taxi industry or related fields.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Driver Onboarding and Support: Conduct thorough reviews of driver documentation, assessing English proficiency and ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria.
Facilitate the onboarding process, assisting with website navigation and troubleshooting.
Verify driving records to prevent document forgery and maintain high standards of driver integrity and capability.
Fleet and Equipment Management: Manage new vehicle onboardings, including the assignment of terminal IDs and the management of tablet inventory to avoid duplications.
Oversee the calibration of new vehicles, ensuring they meet operational standards and are equipped with the necessary technology.
Operator Engagement and Support: Assist in ensuring operators are well-informed and supported throughout their affiliation with Black & White Cabs.
Vehicle Inspections and Documentation: Conduct regular vehicle inspections every four months, verifying compliance with all necessary documentation such as registration, insurance, and safety certifications.
Address challenges posed by audits, increased vehicle onboardings, and rising numbers of complaints and driver onboarding.
Additional Contributions: Contribute to the monthly newsletter, demonstrating a commitment to the broader company community and communications.
Maintain proficiency in the P2P portal, issuing Taxi Authorization letters when necessary, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Quality Assurance and Improvement:
Training Participation: Engage in all required training sessions to enhance your knowledge, skills, and understanding of our operational standards and safety protocols.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Be vigilant in identifying any unsafe conditions or practices, reporting them promptly or taking immediate action to rectify them where possible.
Non-Conformance Prevention: Take initiative in identifying potential areas of non-conformance within our operations or service delivery and recommend or implement corrective measures to address them.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve our products, systems, and processes, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of service quality and operational efficiency.
In fulfilling these responsibilities, you play a crucial role in safeguarding the well-being of our team and the quality of our services, upholding the esteemed reputation of Black & White Cabs in the process.
