As a Chapter Lead in the **CommSec AI Foundations Team**, you’ll:

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship across AI engineering initiatives.
- Champion modern engineering practices and ethical AI principles.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align AI capabilities with strategic outcomes.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

We support flexible working, with a hybrid model (50% in-office at CBP South) and options for adjusted hours, part-time arrangements, and job sharing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI solutions (preferably on AWS).
- Guide multi-agent orchestration and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI models in production.
- Implement monitoring and observability tools to ensure model performance and safety.
- Drive research and innovation in GenAI and Agentic AI systems.
