- ** **sophisticated Moby’s is home to a selection of the world’s finest whiskies, smartest cocktails and wonderful wines.We are seeking a casual Cocktail Bartender to rotate between our sophisticated Moby’s Bar and our new Poolside Cocktail Bar. Duties will include but are not limited to:Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for our hotel guests.
-Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
-Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
-Plan and present bar menu.
-Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
-Provide an excellent guest experience at every interaction.
-Follow RSA government legislation requirements

**About yo**
**u**Cocktail service experience.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members.
-Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
-Impeccable presentation and personal grooming standards.

This position requires availability to work most Friday and Saturday nights, as well as a variety of lunch and dinner shifts during the week.- This role requires the successful applicant to have a current
