A popular meeting spot for visitors and locals alike, our onsite Wharf 350 Restaurant offers a diverse and seasonal menu. When it's time to enjoy a relaxing drink overlooking Newcastle Harbour, Wharf 350 Bar & Restaurant is the place to be.

We are currently seeking friendly, professional, and highly motivated individuals who can exceed guest expectations. You will work across multiple areas including our busy restaurant, conference, events, weddings, and room service departments.

About the role - Wait Team & Bartenders

  • A current RSA qualification
  • Professional manner & grooming
  • Flexible and adaptable to the fast-paced & dynamic hotel industry
  • Availability to work 7 days a week, including Public Holidays
  • Willingness to work breakfast, lunch, dinner, and event shifts
  • Adaptability to a changing environment — no two days are the same at Rydges Newcastle
  • A team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Experience with POS systems (highly desirable)
  • Cocktail, wine, and bar knowledge (highly desirable)
