In terms of food, Wests New Lambton Restaurants are home to dining options including Chophouse Grill, Emerald Gardens as well as Breakfast on the Terrace.**Chophouse Grill**:

- For those big, meaty American flavours cooked to perfection, dine at Chophouse Grill.**Emerald Gardens** - Wander through the beautiful brass gates and discover a world of authentic Asian cuisine.**Breakfast on the Terrace** - Enjoy a delicious breakfast spread of assorted healthy options to kick start your day.This casual position will require availability for a variety of shifts across a 7 day roster. Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (summer, public holiday and school holiday periods) is essential.**Certifications**

**About you**

We are seeking passionate Food and Beverage staff with table service experience gained within a restaurant environment. For our Bartender opportunity, good knowledge of wine, or exposure to presenting wine in a restaurant setting, as well as experience in mixing a wide variety of cocktails, will be highly regarded. You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy position.**What we offer**
