We are looking for a driven **Workflow Coordinator **who will be supporting the management of work queues for our Residential Mortgage Operations team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimising the utilisation of resources through the allocation of work queues across the Wyong, Sydney and Manila processing teams. This includes regular forecasting of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and resources required to deliver on achieving our service levels. Additionally, you’ll work closely with key internal stakeholders, including our Operations, Third Party Distribution and Direct Mortgages Teams. Other stakeholders include our panel solicitor partners.

**What are you going to do? You will be**
- Optimising the resource utilisation through distribution of work queues in line with Delegated Lending Authorities and transaction types;
- Supporting Team Leaders with coordination of mortgage workflow
- Interacting with our key internal stakeholders;
- Managing the Mortgage Operations Team mailboxes;
- Distributing enquires and requests for actioning by the respective teams or individual team members in Customer Operations.

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Strong experience working within residential mortgages.
- Prior experience as a Workflow Coordinator or similar is essential.
- Solid decision making and delegation skills.
- The ability to forecast and partake in final decision making.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Great organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality to meet SLAs.
- Intermediate Excel and Tableau skills.
