**About the role**

**Daimler Trucks Perth **is seeking a Service Advisor. To succeed in this role you have be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working as part of a team to ensure our customers are well supported.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Taking a leading role in driving an outstanding customer experience
- Organising bookings and service enquiries
- Managing, maintaining and growing customer relationships with fleets of all sizes
- Identify any additional service requirements and document them accordingly
- Liaise with workshop controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Team attitude and ability to problem solve
- Commitment to delivering an unparalleled level of customer service
- Ability to prioritise and remain organised
